Dr. Combs has been in the ministry for 60 years, beginning at the age of 16. As an evangelist and speaker on biblical prophecy, he has spoken in nearly one thousand churches. Dr. Combs previously served as Editor of the “Baptist Bible Tribune", official publication of the Baptist Bible Fellowship, and as Editor-in-Chief of “National Liberty Journal". The author of several books and articles; he was also the managing editor of the recently published Tim LaHaye Prophecy Bible. Dr. Combs presently serves as Provost of Louisiana Baptist University and Theological Seminary.
Dr. Combs received his D.Min degree from Louisiana Baptist University and his Lett.D. from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is considered one of the leading scholars of prophetic studies. At the age of seventy-four he continues to be much in demand as a conference speaker and guest lecturer.
